    2. Innovation Workshop Mastery - Learn to facilitate design thinking and innovation sessions that move teams from problems to tested solutions. You'll master the specific skills needed to guide groups through creative processes without losing focus or momentum.

    3. Personal Style & Group Dynamics - Develop your unique facilitation presence and learn to handle difficult group situations with confidence.

    4. Advanced Practice & Integration - Put everything together by tackling your most challenging facilitation scenarios with peer support. This final module ensures you leave ready to facilitate innovation sessions independently in your organization.
