What is it?

A guided gamified learning experience built around board game mechanics. Teams of 4-7 people work through 8 milestones that mirror the complete design thinking process, from understanding problems to testing solutions with real customers.

Built from our 200+ Design Sprints and countless workshops, this training format makes complex methodology tangible and immediately applicable to your business challenges. Teams learn by moving through the process, not just talking about it. This is designed to keep teams working independently, keep energy high, and learning at a maximum.

What you'll walk away with

Duration: 1 ½ - 2 day Experience Mode
Format: Teams navigate Missions through game mechanics with Orange Minds facilitating the full learning experience
Team size: 4-7 players per team, scalable to multiple teams simultaneously
Facilitated by: Orange Minds facilitators as host and team coach, with additional co-facilitator for every 4 additional teams
Components: Game board, milestone cards, action cards, role cards, reflection framework
