What is it?

Innovation isn't just for creative departments, it's a practical skill set that transforms how you approach problems and create solutions. Design Thinking is about problem solving, looking at your work and the world around you with fresh eyes, thinking critically about different possible outcomes.

This low-barrier, action-oriented program teaches you the hands-on side of innovation through 4 weeks of 2-hour online workshops. Work on your own real challenge or use our provided case study. It's designed to fit into your work week while delivering practical, applicable skills.

No problem, all sessions are recorded and materials provided. Participants can catch up asynchronously while still benefiting from group dynamics. That being said, we do encourage everyone to join the sessions live because research shows that there is only a 23% likelihood that people will actually catch up a session.
