How it works

Duration: 4 hours including breaks
Team size: 4-7 people (extension pack available for teams of 8-14)
Format: In-person only - this needs face-to-face connection
Self-facilitated: The cards tell you exactly what to do and when, supported by neuroscience.
Game elements: Rotating roles. Troubleshoot cards for tricky moments. A die that changes sharing methods each round. And more.
The four parts:
- Reflecting on what mattered: Story cards help you surface the real moments. Not KPIs. Actual stories.
- Celebrating each other: Structured recognition where team members see and acknowledge how each person grew and what they brought.
- Prioritizing commitments: Visual decision-making about what to keep doing, what to stop, and what to start. Five commitments total - not ten things you'll never do.
- Creating an anchor for follow-through: A 60-second trailer your team creates together. When momentum fades in six weeks, you watch it back and remember why these commitments mattered.

The materials guide everything. You don't need facilitation skills. You need a team willing to be present with each other.
